I get it everytime sugar is present in my food... Its horrible. So Im vigilant of hidden sugars.

Try to eat things inside your menu that are appealing to you, eat slowly and in small portions. Apetite is non existent for me too. You should eat though.

In my case its head hunger and its hard to tell them apart (from stomach hunger which I feel in my case its gone).

I am two weeks post op and I had adhesions too, did you loose a lot of blood? I lost a lot and had a transfusion because my hb dropped to 6. I feel great now!

If I had your hesitation I would 've cancel it for good.Tomorrow's my weight in I'm at 207, def >210 but its my surgeon's scale that counts.:€Thank you for your support!
