I am an avid spin class girl, and I'll go through 25-32 oz of Water in a 45 minute class. Granted this is a HIIT type interval class so it's level 4-5 heart rate. I am wondering how you get all the water in while exercising? Also can you eventually "gulp" water down again? I am going to be doing a 33 mile ride in August and I want to be able to keep hydrated since it's going to be 85-100 degrees outside. I have a camelback that I wear when I ride.
Any info, support would be very helpful. My surgery is scheduled for May 4th and they told me if I am feeling good, they will clear me for all exercise 3 weeks post-op. That way I can keep training for the ride.
