It would be a pretty high number. I think depending on your activity level anything over 100gms or more might be a little taxing on your kidneys and liver. However increasing it to 60 -80 gms probably

Recently ive been cutting out all junk foods and bad Snacks and replacing them with Protein shakes and protein rich foods (i havent started my pre op diet, im just trying to form good habits before hand). My question is, can you get too much protein pre op?? I know it will be different once im sleeved, it will be hard at first to hit my goals, but im curious... what is a normal protein range to try to stick to before surgery?
