Hi everyone this is day 6 for me post-op and had the protein shakes with Milk or water and my stomach does not like it .. Any other options I don't want to miss my protein intake

I have been doing the GNC lean 25. Both pre- op and post op. Good flavor and mixes well. 25 grams of protein per serving.

I drink Lean Body pre made protein shakes. It has 40 grams of protein and 0 sugar. It comes in several flavors. I get them at the Vitamin Shop in Arlington,tx. I like them.

I mix Vanilla Torte flavored Syntax Nectar with 1% milk. Milk is a protein bomb so consider that. Just drinking milk I could probably get my 60 oz. of daily protein in....

I can only tolerate the premier chocolate ready made shakes.
