Sleeve may be on hold :-(

I had my preop appointment on Tuesday and it showed that I have LVH, left ventricular hyperthrophy. So I have to see a cardiologist now to clear me for surgery. That'll be on Monday 3/30, my surgery date is 4/6.

PLUS, they now said I have to go for an endoscopy, because I showed that I have reflux. Why did they wait until 10 days before the surgery to decide that I need to have the endoscopy. I had my Upper GI in January, why not do it then.

Hopefully Monday will be okay and I can have the surgery.

  • Better safe than sorry. Try not to borrow trouble. Even if your surgery is delayed, better a delay than post-op complications.
