I got my date

Am scheduled for April 8th at Virginia Mason in Seattle. So excited and nervous.

    Congratulations! I hope your surgery and recovery go smoothly! Just plan to take it slow, one day at a time, and no comparing yourself to others. The first two months are the learning curve after that it's smooth sailing and will be the best gift you've given yourself.

    Congratulations! I know you are nervous, waiting for that day fills you with so much anxiety. Just find someone to talk to about it. Talk their ears off! Watch youtube videos of others who have gone through VSG surgery. The videos and talking helped me not to be so nervous.
