    Every surgeon's requirements are different, but you should stick to YOUR surgeon's rules and not worry about what other people did or didn't have to do.

  • It's not crazy it will help you adapt after surgery. It's not "fun" but I'm thankful I did the two weeks. I think it helped me prepare, oh and my liver Wasn't fat and in danger during surgery....keep

How long did the process take from the time you decided on vsg to actual surgery date ? I called insurance and there is no pre diet requirements . I did a seminar and I am waiting for dr to call me back to make my first apt.
