Please Tell Me It Gets Better...

I am 4 weeks out today and I have to say I'm pretty miserable. I rarely eat. I choke down my protein shakes. I've literally tried everything and it makes me vomit. The only thing that is keeping me alive is water and graham crackers. I don't know how much more I can take. I'm happy with my weight loss (32 lbs) but will I ever be able to have a meal again? At this point I'd settle for just about anything. Please tell me this gets better.

Yes, I promise. It gets better, in fact, it gets great. What you are experiencing is common. Look on the positive side: you are rapidly losing and you are not going back to your bad behaviors. And yes you will eat meals again. But food will not control your life. You will eat to live, not live to eat. It feels great.
