Severe migraine style headaches?

I'm 2 weeks plus from post op and dealing with eating fine but I am getting extremely bad migraine style headaches. Anyone else have or had these issues?

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

I've been ok'd by the doc to take Tylenol with caffeine but it doesn't help.
