I am 4 months post op today. Started at 289 and am now 222 at 5'3". I've had a plateau at 2 weeks and 3 months but only lasted a week. I have now not lost any weight the last 2 weeks. I've bumped up my protein and am taking in enough but not to many calories. I am happy for my loss so far but am so discouraged by this long stall and am finding ways to blame myself. Anyone else experience this?
