Bodybugg users report here!

Hi, well, I've been reading the bodybugg reports and finally got one after not being able to lose a pound after 6 weeks. I was banded on February 13, 2007. At that time, I weighed 271.4. Six weeks ago, I weighed in at 246 and went back up to 249 due to fat loss/muscle gain. (Not complaining there) that is where I stayed until now. I wasn't depressed since I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating less and excercising more. Well, at least that is what I thought until I got the bodybugg. Pudin' was a big inspiration for that one. I've had the BB for 3 days now and I finally broke through the plateu. I'm right back to 246 with more fat loss and muscle gain. It's so exciting.

I guess I needed lapband and armband. I'm just banded everywhere. LOL!! It really is motivating to see where you are at with the numbers. Even though I was exercising my butt off, it still wasn't enough and now, I know how much more I have to exercise through the day. It's fun to see the scale going down again. Finally!!!

Anyways, I think we should log our stats for the bodybugg on here. It's really fun!!

So far, 3lb weight loss on the bodybugg/lapband from June 4-7. YEAH!!!

The bodybugg is meant to be worn on the right arm. There are sensors on the bodybugg that detect body temp and air temp and if you have it on the left arm, those sensors will be backwards. Now if you

Well, today is 1 week since I've had my bugg. The verdict is.....I lost 8 pounds!!! I tried very hard to keep my numbers where they were supposed to be for calorie intake. I really made sure my deficit was at or above the 1900 goal. I LOVE THIS BUGG!!!. I've been banded for 5 weeks and I'm down 23lbs!!! I'm glad I got this early in the game.

Renewed, I bought mine on 24 hour fitness and got the 3 month and coaching for $224.

good job, after watching the biggest loser this year and watching them workout ans only losing 1lb some weeks none, I am not hard on myself when I do what I suppose to do and don't lose that week it will happen but usually I lose really good the following week, so some weeks you might not see the scale move but the bugg is amazing and work every penny I pay 14.99 a month for reoccuring payments banded for 4 month down 72lbs thanks from the help of the band and bugg

Well, yall are the bomb. I shust shared yalls successes with dh and he agreed to let me order one (early mother's day present). So soon I will be a bodybugg user as well. I can't wait. Thank you so much for your patience and answering my questions.

Going to seach for my bug!!!

Ok, I ordered one on ebay. It is new in box and comes with the 3 month subscription and the 1 coaching session, and the digital wristband!! All for the bargain price of 329.00 plus $5 shipping. It should be here by the end of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo excited. I can't wait!!

My birthday was April 16th and my DH surprised me and told me he was going to order me a bodybugg, YAY! I've been wanting one for months. I am going to order it Friday (payday). I am sooooo excited!

I won't bother ya'll with questions right now. I will go through the thread and read up on it first. Just wanted to share.

Renewed and I have been talking about getting one and I am so excited we are both getting one soon. I can't wait to see how it motivates us to move!

Congrats ladies! I haven't had mine for very long and have talked 3 or 4 of my friends into buying one. I either need to get a job with them, or invest in their stock!

I love my bugg!

Congrats Georgia and Renewed on getting one! I just got mine last Thursday. I hadn't lost any weight all month and I'm already down 4 pounds and its TOM :coolgleamA:

It makes me move a lot more just so I can watch it tick off. Its really helped me with my food intake too.

Well, I am officially a groupie. I got my band (arm band that is) 3 days ago, and I am addicted!! I have been reading your posts for 2 months. I love seeing the numbers. Especially after I go to the gym.

I did it!!! I just ordered my bodybugg and I am so excited. I have been thinking about it for a while, picked up some on call at work so now it is on the way!! Can't wait for it to get here. I will let you all know how it works out!!

Cookie,

Congrats on your new toy. Get ready to be "obsessed" with your bugg! At first I would always check it at night before going to bed and if I didn't hit my goal steps, I would do a few laps around my house

IT"S HERE!!!!! I have a bodybugg. I am wnxious to get it all figured out. DH is insisting on going somewhere tonight. I have programed it minus the tutorials, so I will read the manuals as we drive. I'm suree I will be obsessing on this thread and about my bodybugg. I just feel like the coolest person ever!

OMGosh!!! This thing is awesome. I am definately wanting to move more! It also makes me much more mindful of what I eat. I saw where some of you used to post your totals each day. Does anyone want to start doing that again as an accountability tool? I know I am new and obsessing, but i love accountability threads!!

dunno. Is there anyone on this thread that doesn't want totals?? This is a great thread for support. It could easily be both, but I don't want to bogg anyone down with numbers. I say lets leave it on here unless someone objects and then we can start a new thread. Seriously, if our numbers reporting will bug anyone, tell us. It will not be a big deal to add a thread!!

BTW, I have had this thing for less than 24 hours and the digital display came off my watch and I can't find it!!! ARGHHHHHHHHH

OH NO!! Were you wearing it on your watch or did you have the digital display watch on. I haven't had any issues with mine, now I will worry. I've thought about just wearing it with the clip, but am afraid I'll lose it. I have my coaching session on Monday. I can't wait. She's probably gonna think that I'm lying on my food diaries, because they only have 700-1200 cal/day on them. We'll see.
