Looking for a buddy In northern cali

Having surgery on Wednesday and the only support I have is from my sis & kids. My mom breaks my heart on how cruel she could be. Idk how I'm gonna get thru recovery. I live with her.

I'm in San Lorenzo. Where are you?

marissa75, what part of NoCal are you in?

I'm in Santa Rosa

Santa Rosa is too far away for in person support, but I'm here via the forum, email or phone.

thank you so much one of my biggest questions right now is what is the best way to start the process of losing the 10% of weight before surgery that they want you to lose I have to have the six-month weight check in before surgery so that's why I'm looking to have surgery in around June but 10% just seems huge I know it's not a big number but to me any amount of weight loss is hard What would you suggest as tips to the weight-loss ?

I am in Fairfield, and have my surgery scheduled for 3/10 at UCSF.
