There is a risk with everything you do. You have to look at what the risks are and weigh them against what the outcomes could be. It was hard for me as I took care of bariatric surgery patients and we had some not so good outcomes. Make sure you research your doctor and the program for outcomes, ask questions. I found adding 25 grams of fiber a day takes care of that. Costco sells Fiberone gummie, I have to have it daily, the 10 gummies only have 50 calories too. I started taking it nightly since about 4 months post op as constipation was the worst side effect. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app
Hi, I am looking for a buddy. I have surgery on Friday and even though my husband is great support I want to connect with someone else who can relate better. I have experience taking care of patients post op Bariatric surgery, but I want someone who I can talk to as the patient. Thank you in advance for anyone who is interested. Beverly
