thank you so much one of my biggest questions right now is what is the best way to start the process of losing the 10% of weight before surgery that they want you to lose I have to have the six-month weight check in before surgery so that's why I'm looking to have surgery in around June but 10% just seems huge I know it's not a big number but to me any amount of weight loss is hard What would you suggest as tips to the weight-loss ?

How soon do you start drinking the shakes before your surgery I'm trying to have surgery in June and I meet with the doctor in three days to start the process.
