Excuse my language, but I am SO FRIGGIN' CONFUSED. My surgeon reccomends Bariatric fusion or Optisource (each 4/daily) plus Iron, or Calcium/Vit D.
Honestly- this whole thing is baffling to me. I'm reading so many different things about what Vitamins to take, what you shouldn't take-- some people say BA are actually not so great for you...
Can they make up their minds?
I want an affordable Vitamin that will allow me to take as few as possible.
Not to mention- whey powder! My surgeon says to take Isolate, is that absolutely necessary? It's a bit expensive
Please give me some realistic solutions!
