Blood pressure drops

I was told by my doctor to keep an eye out for this since I take 3 blood pressure pills but I think it happened this morning I got very dizzy in the shower. It was cold in house since the weather can't decide what it wants to do and I got up and took a hot shower I was in there washing my hair with my eyes closed and the room started to spin. I slept late and hadn't eaten yet so maybe that added to the problem. I still don't feel very well an hour later

A few months ago I had a few dizzy spells, usually walking from my car across a parking lot. It stopped happening after a few weeks. Now my blood pressure is back to high normal on one blood pressure med. I was hoping I could ditch this last BP med but not yet I guess. I used to take two BP meds and stopped one of them a few weeks after surgery.

I'm going to have to go to my doctor. I am scheduled to see her at the end of April, but I may go sooner. I have been experiencing dizziness when going from sitting to standing. Last Wednesday I actually fell right down onto the floor. Didn't actually black out, I don't think, but one second I was standing and the next I was on the ground. That time was going from laying down to standing up, so I think that might be what made it worse.

Yup, my blood pressure has been running very low for me. 110/56 Unfortunately I take a very low dose of propanalol to prevent migraines. As soon as I stop that med my migraines come back with a vengeance.

I have tried other preventatives and this one seems to help the most.

Thankfully I have not felt so dizzy that I fall or pass out, I simply get dizzy and then it passes.
