Dehydration

Did anyone experience dehydration at the time of their 1st follow up appointment? What happened? I have been having trouble getting in 64oz of fluid everyday. Tomorrow is my 1st follow up. I am nervous about what will/ may happen.

A little. Not at a dangerous level, but I was advised to drink more to help my BP come up and avoid dizziness upon standing. It's hard the first few weeks. Keep working at it.
