Gained 10lbs

Hi all,

So I had my surgery Feb. 3rd. I was good on the liquid diet, but at week 3 I had extreme nausea and was bedridden for 2 weeks. I didn't eat anything, not even Protein shakes. Just Water for the two weeks. Now that my nausea is under control, and I am 6 weeks out, I can eat solids. I am following the low carb diet, getting in 80g of protein a day and no more than 1,000 calories a day, but I went from 300.3 to 310lbs! Am I already messing up?

They pump a lot of stuff in you. It's likely air, fluids, and swelling and your body trying to figure out what the hell is happening.

Don't worry about it, you're fine.

I think you will see your weight start dropping now that you are getting protein in
