Bloated and concerned

So I am about 2 months post op (I had the rny). And while my recovery has been good. I have notice that my stomach still looks and feels bloated. Anyone have any insight as to why? Should I raise this issue with my nut/nurse?

Are u drinking or eating dairy products? If so you might have become lactose intolerant. I had a similiar experience and after the doctor told me these were symptoms of lactose intolerance I switched to lactose free milk. I also had issues with the whey isolate Protein and had to change to Premier Protein pre made shakes. Once I figured these two issues out that feeling went away. I was about 4 weeks post op.

By the way, I am 5 months post op now and can eat regular cheese and cottage cheese but if I drink more than a sip or two of regular milk, I have that bloated feeling. I just use lactose free milk.

Good luck, I hope you figure out what is causing that.
