Nauseated 4 weeks out

I feel like I've hit a wall where the taste of protein shakes nauseates me. I can eat soft foods and chicken salad is a fave right now. Eggs I'm good with too. I just get waves of nausea and it's the first time.

I remember waking up nauseated and it would last for a few days then get better for a while then back again. This went on for a few months. Doctor said it was just something that happens with VSG . It will get better.

I'm also 4 weeks out. With me it'd more the thought of drinking the shake or eating some foods that make me nauseous but once I start, I'm fine

I'm 5 weeks out and the same way. I can not finish a whole protein shake without nausea and forcing it down.

Trying to just up my protein from foods.
