    I take Juice Plus. It is whole food vitamins and minerals from food. I chose whole food nutrition because it's easier for my body to absorb and since I do 5 get in the fruit and veggies I should focusing on protein

    I feel like I've hit a wall where the taste of protein shakes nauseates me. I can eat soft foods and chicken salad is a fave right now. Eggs I'm good with too. I just get waves of nausea and it's the first time.

    I was feeling pretty good yesterday. I even went off pain meds to Tylenol. Now I feel such extreme pressure. I feel so full. Like I way overdid it at the AUCE buffet!! I'm assuming the pressure is normal and I just didn't feel it on the pain meds?
