POST OP DIET - Need help!

I am on day 7 and going shopping for the next few weeks. I need some ideas for week 2 Full liquids, week 3 purees! The list given to me by my doctor wasn't very helpful. I'm so over the sweet protein drinks and need to get some protein in so I stop feeling lightheaded and shaky all the time! Anything that ya'll loved to eat these weeks please let me know! Thanks!

I was gonna post that exact same link for the pureed stage. As for full liquids, once I was allowed strained cram Soups, I bought pretty much every single creamy Soup my grocery store stocked! My favorites where Campbell's Cream of Shrimp (it's condensed so you need to add milk or water) and Progresso chicken Cheese Enchilada.

I liked the instint oatmeal double the water

I liked non fat retried beans, added some skim milk the puréed. I also took a hard boiled egg, and made like egg salad then pureed it. I also had creamy type soups.
