  1. I am on day 7 and going shopping for the next few weeks. I need some ideas for week 2 Full liquids, week 3 purees! The list given to me by my doctor wasn't very helpful. I'm so over the sweet protein drinks and need to get some protein in so I stop feeling lightheaded and shaky all the time! Anything that ya'll loved to eat these weeks please let me know! Thanks!

  14. Hi all. I had my lap band surgery surgery 3 years ago this month and after a long miserable 3 years I am now 1 pound lighter than when I had my surgery. Never thought I would even consider another surgery, but now I'm waiting on approval to get a revision. I need to lose 125 pounds and my doctor recommended the sleeve for me instead of the switch because I'm 28 and want to have children very soon. But he said I would only lose an average 60 pounds with the sleeve. He said I could come back and do the switch after I'm done having kids... But I don't want to have to have another surgery, I want to do it right this time. My main concern is having children right after the switch. My doctor first told me that I needed to wait for a while and now he's saying to consult with my OBGYN to see what she says. I thought my mind was made up but now I'm stressing that the sleeve isn't going to be enough for the weight I want to lose. I'd appreciate any help or suggestions!
  15. I am also having the same concerns as you in deciding on a surgery. I need to lose 125 pounds and my doctor also recommended the sleeve instead of the switch because I'm 28 and want to have children very soon. But he said I would only lose 60 pounds also with the sleeve and i could come back and do the switch after I'm done having kids. I don't want to have to have another surgery, I want to do it right the first time. I've already had the lap band 3 years ago and am now getting a revision, so a 3rd surgery for me is not an option. My man in concern is having children right after the switch.
