Yeast BEFORE surgery?

Has any of you had a yeast infection before surgery? Mine is in 12 days and I'm considering taking one of my Diflucans just in case it is. Had anyone's dr not recommended Diflucan before surgery? Longshot I know but my doc is gone for a bit and I need to start this now for it to be done by surgery :)

I'm worried about the same thing. I only ever got yeast infections before when I was pregnant and I KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am not pregnant. I wasn't aware that there were some issues with it. Let me know what you find out!

I kept them through pregnancy also and anytime I take antibiotics I get them as well. It could just be my body is off from a huge change of the liquid diet? I took the diflucan today after pondering for like 24 hrs. I figured it would be better to try and treat it pre-op then go into surgery with a yeast infection. :/
