Maybe I should of clarified; I am already on mushy foods. I'm going into the actual solid food stage. Any ideas would help.

chicken still was to heavy for me when I was cleared for solids. I still stayed with soft for months. tuna salad was alright for me, I stayed with yogart, soups, scrambled egg was tough for me after 2 small bites I was done. you'll get more input! Im 7 months out an I can still only get 4 or 5 small bites at one time. :)

I ate and still eat hamburger patty cooked on George Forman grill.
