STALLS

OK.......so I knew at some point that I would hit a stall......but my question do everyone is........how long was your stall???? I've been stalled now for 3 weeks and it beginning to get a little depressing. I've upped my physical activity. This past week in 6 days, I walked 12 miles. I take Sunday off because I am involved with activities at church. Anxious and curious to hear everyone's response!!!

I'm also frustrated! I know I have to be patient but I've been 248 for almost a week now!!!

It looks like we have similar stats and apparently similar stalls :). I just broke a month long stall that bounced up and down between 247-250. Finally hit 245 this morning!!! My stalls down stay at a certain number, I usually bounce up and down between 3 pounds before going lower.
