24 hrs Post-op

Band to RNY yesterday. Ok so I'm thinking the recovery sucks, but I'm trying hard to do everything I'm supposed to. Pain is down to medium- mild still. Had quite a bit of nausea first 12 hrs. Ready to get over surgery. I sleep ALOT. Dont regret doing it per say but hating this feeling right now. Soon be better I hope.

Man o man..... my port removal site is the worst! Hope this goes away soon.

I'm 2 months post op and I still use the patch. The pain continued for 4 weeks post op also. Hang in there. It has been a difficult recovery for me but I sure don't regret it. I'm almost 40 lbs lighter since surgery!
