Hi guys just wanted to say i finished the class that tells you everything you need, to what you will drink, how much etc. It was very informative. I am not really at peace now because the surgeon, staff are very caring and understanding.

The woman who gave the seminar had gastric 7 years ago. I was tooo shocked :paranoid she really looked good and she was saying how she is a fanatic when it comes to working out. she works out all of the 7 days :clap2:. i just wanted to share that because before i know it, it will be next friday. i have soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much to do.
