type of exercise

Please help I was sleeved October 2014. Happy with all walk a mile a day and am down 60 lbs.

I feel fantastic. I work 2 jobs about 70 hours a week, so at times only the walk is all I am able to do.

I know I need to do more. I need suggestions and is there any that help saggy skin. Thanks for all
