Question for everyone
I have milk (about 6 oz) and about 100 gm of cottage cheese everyday. Should I be taking Calcium supplements?
Currently I'm taking:
1 Centrum Multivitamin
B12
Vit D
Iron (due to low levels)
Any suggestions/advice? I got sleeved in Mexico and they only said to take Centrum and B12 daily, that's it.
