I'm trying to prepare myself for the diet now before the official start next week. Meal times and portion.

I'm on week 2 of Options @ Fontana and still haven't started a "diet"! I've been off and on diets the last 15 years so I don't know why it's so hard this time around! :(

You'll get into the swing of it. It took me 2 weeks. I'm on week 6. Half way through

This week will be my 10th class Options/Fontana. Still not sure if surgery will be approved. I was told 1. BMI is too low 37

2. I need to 3yrs cancer free (I'm 2yrs out

I'm still continuing classes as I hope I will be approved in 2weeks.

I wish you the best of luck. Was your Bmi 40 before you started? I was worried about that because my bmi was low so naturally I went under because we have to lose weight. I was told I would still be approved as long as my staying bmi met the criteria. CONGRATULATIONS on 2 years cancer free!!!!! I hope everything goes in your favor

My BMI was below 40 when I started so I was excited when I was approved for options program, guess I'm nervous cause in close to finishing courses & still don't know. What is staying BMI?

That's funny, I was wondering why I couldn't find it on google. I feel better at least that is one obstacle down. Thanks
