I am 11 months post sleeve. My high wt was 224 lbs, surgery day weight 211 lbs, current wt fluctuating between 135 and 139 lbs. I am 4'11 3/4 in. I have been at this wt for a couple months now and maintain it. My old cravings have been returning in the last 3 weeks(which I knew from others would happen). Sometimes I can resist, especially if I look up my tempation on My Fitness Pal. Other times I try to drink more fluid or eat a piece of fruit...I am ashamed to say that sometimes I have given in to the craving anyway(last night I ate a big bowl of Cocoa Krispies and 2 Hershey Kisses...I don't want to regain the weight, but sometimes my brain has other ideas. I feel like a failure. Any/all advice is appreciated. HELP!!
Thank you!
