Stall? Same weight down to the oz.

I'm at 3 1/2 weeks and I've weighed the same weight for over a week and I'm the same exact weight every day down to the ounce!

Is this common? So weird and I'm so ready for this weight to come off! Atleast something move and I find it so odd that it's down to the ounce that is not moving!

Anyone have similar situations?

Yes I'm 10 months out and you will encounter many stalls . It is common. Your body has to catch up with the weight loss! Just keep going by the rules .

Welcome to the wonderful world of stalls. Like @@Tammylb said, they happen....regularly. Even when going through one, your body can change. I got stuck for almost three weeks at the same weight. During that time, my body shifted and I lost quite a few inches. Then one day, the scale started to move again and pounds started coming off. Just stick to your program and drink lots of water! Some people even suggest upping your calories so your body doesn't think it's starving. Good luck and best wishes!!!
