Don't be so hard on yourself! We all have tried something that we probably shouldn't have. I know I certainly have. Just get back on the plan and move forward.

The good news is you recognize that eating pizza should not be the norm.

P.S. I make a fabulous homemade pizza that my family loves. I have tried a tiny little piece and it no longer tastes the same for me thankfully!

Homemade pizza was one of my favorites.

Im always so hard on myself big problem of mine..thank u! It's almost like I just had to get the urge out and it's gone it wasn't the same..thank god I did this im a changed person and loving it that pizza made me feel awful inside and out!

Yes don't be so hard on yourself! ! It's not like you ate a whole pizza. One small slice won't make a difference. Just move forward and keep staying with the diet.

YOU CAN MAKE A HEALTHY PIZZA WITH NO CRUST OR CRUST MADE WITH CALUIFLOWER. I GO TO PINTEREST FOR HEALTHY RECIPES BUT ONCE SLICE WONT KILL YOU.
