    I had surgery on 12/18 too and had 6 bites of turkey chilli which normally i can tolerate but last night was the worse but the eat slower app does seem to help.

    Does anyone have an issue with eating too fast? Sometimes you forget you had surgery and then it quickly reminds you. What are some helpful suggestions?
