4 months out

I am 4 months out and a total lost of 88 lbs. I still need to loose 25lbs more to reach my goal. I am feeling nervous. I do not want to get comfortable. I feel like being comfortable was the reason why before my gastric sleeve I would lose then gain weight. I feel so terrified that if I do not stick to the plan I will become that 268 lb girl again. Do anybody else feel that way.

I hit my goal yesterday. I am scared to death I won't know how to stop losing. Today I should be taking in at least 1200 calories and I have only eaten 400 and went to the YMCA to work out. You will be fine. It is just as big of an adjustment to stop losing as to start losing for me anyway. I am 5 months out tomorrow.
