Supplements Postop

Ok so for the love of God I cannot do power supplements with Water esp if they fizz. Which Calcium and amino complex do. Just watching it fizz makes my mind go crazy.

So I switched the calcium today to liquid which works fine but I didn't expect the amino complex to be as bad as it is.

So what does everyone use for amino complex? I guess veggie pill form is my only option which is fine by me only need to take it once

I don't take an amino complex. I take multi, calcium citrate D, & D3. Once a week I take B12. What is the amino complex for?

usually amino's are for bodybuilders.

Well I'm no bodybuilder I consider myself plump lol but it makes the protein more efficient in the first few months so you don't lose as much muscle
