Queefing

Ok, so I am 1 year out and have now lost 107 lbs (Yay me!!!!) But along with all the loose skin I've noticed I've been queefing lately, and not during sex. ... am I alone?

What is "queefing?" I'm only 4 weeks out.. is this something I should know about?

Queefing is like when air comes out of your vagina... usually it happens during sex cause air gets pushed in there. I just am wondering if the huge weight loss is why I've been getting this feeling during the day not specifically during sex

LOL - I didn't know there was a name for that! Hah! Thanks for the mini-education here gals. I notice the same thing for a while when I was doing certain types of moves or lifts at the gym, and it's odd, I know. I think it's just your body shape changing on the inside as well as outside, and for me at least, it seemed my inner spaces eventually caught up, and so it happened less and less often as I went along. Personally I was just glad it wasn't anything bigger than that!

Oh man! I have had that before. Strange feeling indeed! Haven't experienced it since surgery, however I am only 11 days out, and haven't had any exercise in there recently ;0)
