Try your best not to eat anything inside Disney. It is all expensive crap food. Sorry, I am a true 100% Floridian. Take plenty of snacks (protein bars) and water bottles. You will thank me later.

We just went 2 weeks ago. I packed protein bars and shakes. I had no problems at all. Drink plenty of water. At restaurants, I usually split a meal that had protein (meat) with my daughter. I had no trouble. Good luck.

We are heading to Disney in March. I am so excited about being able to decide what rides I WANT to go on, not just what rides I will FIT on I haven't even worried about eating. ;) :P :D

But I agree with those above, bring Protein bars to use on those times you don't have the best options available. And make sure to drink, drink, drink!!

Have a blast and enjoy yourself!!!
