Crying For Random Reasons During Pre-Op?

During my pre-op diet I have found myself weirdly emotional about random stuff, and crying a lot more than normal. For example: I went to go see the movie Paddington the other day and cried six separate times. Now, part of this is because it's actually a brilliant film with an inherently sad story about a loveable homeless bear. But SIX times seems a bit excessive. I read somewhere that it's because of hormones stored in the now-released fat cells, I think? Has anyone else had this problem? Also, Paddington really is great.

I cried because I was stressed nervous hungry and grieving the lifestyle I was giving up. Not sure if it is the same for everyone.

You will have a lot of hormone release when you loose weight quickly. I cried like a baby about everything - perfectly normal!

I was near tears the afternoon I got my surgery date.
