UGH! I'm so frustrated and depressed. I was sleeved on 11/20. Do my best to stay under 50 carbs daily, and most days I'm under 30! Not eating a lot of junk except that one piece of cheesecake I had last night. But literally - staying low carb and healthy. I get plenty of Protein. I go to the gym 3x a week at least. My only problem is my Water intake. Yes, I know it's important, but is that really what's causing me to NOT to lose weight? I mean it's ridiculous. PLEASE HELP!!!!
