  2. HW 320 SW 311 CW 295 5'11 I've been at 295 for about a month. Not losing anything, inches or weight. I'm not measuring my intake - yes I should probably use MFP or something like that but I know that I'm getting in my Protein. The Water yes I struggle with. If I was losing the 15lbs or so I've lost gradually, a pound a week, ok I could accept that - I'd still be frustrated but at least I would see the scale moving. Is it really a "stall" if you've JUST begun your journey and already not losing? I really don't want to sound mean but "you're doing great" is not what I'm needing to hear because I truly feel I am not doing great because I am not losing pounds or inches.
  3. UGH! I'm so frustrated and depressed. I was sleeved on 11/20. Do my best to stay under 50 carbs daily, and most days I'm under 30! Not eating a lot of junk except that one piece of cheesecake I had last night. But literally - staying low carb and healthy. I get plenty of Protein. I go to the gym 3x a week at least. My only problem is my Water intake. Yes, I know it's important, but is that really what's causing me to NOT to lose weight? I mean it's ridiculous. PLEASE HELP!!!!
