So I'm 7 weeks post op, I was told to eat 55 to 75g of Protein (I'm guessing based on my body type)
My question is... Is eating over 75g of protein going to make me gain weight? I'm still eating several small meals every few hours and under 1,000 calories a day. But most of my meals are protein based, for example today based on my fitness pal I had 900 calories and 100g of protein. Am I doing this wrong ?!
