Hi all, just thought I would say hi. I am at the satrt of my journey. I have a 12 week review next week with the weight management clinic, can't be referred until been with them 6 months so hopefully time will fly. I am in Doncaster South Yorkshire so if anyone has any experiences they would be willing to share or if anyone is like me just starting out it would be great to here from you.

Here's to the start of the rest of my life ????
