Successful First Vacation

I survived my first vacation after being sleeved. Went to Disney with the fam. Was in a stall at 3 months before we left. I did great. I either split something with my oldest daughter or got something small. Hubby was awesome and made sure I had snacks and protein shakes throughout the day. We walked about 30 miles over the 5 days we were there. I tracked on my fit bit! AND I did not eat anything I wasn't supposed to. Not even a bite! Very proud of myself. I felt great walking around 60 lbs lighter than our last visit. Got home and weighed this morning and I lost 5 lbs!!! I'm so happy right now. And another thing.....hubby can't keep his hands off me ;)

Great job and Awesome that your husband was so supportive. I actually had to do my preop diet while in Disneyland. My kids were eating churro's while I had a turkey leg.

Lol. I understand! Watching them eat Ghiardelli was hard but I made it.
