Discomfort in lower abdomen after eating

I have recently had a revision to Rny and when I eat I feel cramps and i'm uncomfortablein the lower abdominal region. anyone else experienced this? Is there something I can take or do to relieve this discomfort. It goes away after about half an hour or so any input is appreciated thank you. My surgery was October 7, 2014.

I have this sometimes but it's always related to what I ate. It feels like my food has made it down the track and when it gets to intestines it doesn't agree with me. I think it maybe because we have not digested it in the stomach completely. I think it is a form of dumping but I am not sure. For me it's with higher fat content. I have not figured out how to prevent it but at least I can tell you I do have it sometimes. I usually lay down for a while to settle my lower tummy. The good news is, it goes away after a while.

Well Beni... Here it is mid April and I still have the issues. Cramping, etc. and yes, high fat content foods are NOT my friend! So I'm steering away from fats as much as possible. Just waiting for the day that I can get through with no cramps, and discomfort! At times what food I think is ok... Will turn against me. Today that food is bad but tomorrow it may not bother me. So it's hard to pin things down.
