5 days out from surgery....

Made it through surgery successfully and the day I was dismissed from hospital I had to fly 1200 miles (3 plane changes) because my mom went into critical care. Starting to feel a little more human today. Pain gets bad and then better....thank God. Overall feel very blesses and thankful minus the bladder infection I noticed today that was out of control. Thank you everyone for keeping me positive and in the right mind set right up to surgery! Can't wait to see weight my self in couple days. Congrads to everyone for taking the leap!

My father had his toe amputated 4 days after my surgery. Needless to say, I understand. My doctor encouraged me to nap frequently and that I may be more tired due to the stress but that my effort needed to be focused on rest and nutrition. Praying for you!

These surgeries are life saving, we are all courageous.
