Food Intolerance

Hello greetings from New York. I had my surgery on Nov 17 2014. My problem is Food. I have tried to eat different things but food makes me gag or vomit. I can take a couple bites of something and be full if I get the food down. Is this normal and will it pass,

Thank you

I heard that a lot.. I'm not at that phase yet.. But what I can tell you is to try different foods that maybe you've never tried before... Take your time and eat something new slowwwwlyyy...

Eat sloooooowwww. Use a baby spoon if you have to. take one bite, wait a minute. A full 60 seconds , use a watch if you have to. If that doesn't help, wait 2 minutes. Chew until it dissolves in your mouth. Some people have had success using an app call Eat Slow After eating get up and walk. That new tummy is really sensitive.
