My surgery was 11/21 I've lost 25 lbs. Haven't lost a pound in two weeks. I just upped my protein drinks to two a day. Not sure if lack of protein has anything to do with it or not. I exercise every day too.

They say you'll stall, fingers crossed it's not a permanent stall!

That's normal! It stinks but it's normal! Your body is playing catch up, did you take measurement? If not do that. A lot of times the measurement will go down even if the scale isn't! Don't be Discouraged it happens to everyone!

I've heard that a stall is normal but you will continue to lose inches. That sounds good to me : )
