there should be no foods for the next 2 weeks. Aren;t you on a clear liquid diet? Everyone is different here so follow what your doctor has prescribed for you. The first few weeks are crucial - this is not the time to "cheat" or eat things you should not be consuming. Good luck!

I know what you meant by foods. Isopure clear protein drinks, any protein shakes, sugar free Popsicles, frozen protein, some people, like me can have Greek yogurt, sugar free pudding after going home. I don't think I will try them though for at least a week. Whatever is on your approved foods list. Did you receive one? Vitamin water zero, propel, POWERade zero the blue one is my favorite! :) They say you can stay cold for a long time. Best of luck and congrats!
